I believe you are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. My job isn't to fix you; it's to partner with you in uncovering the clarity, self-awareness, and intentional direction that's already within reach.
My coaching draws on narrative and identity work, acceptance and commitment principles, and a strengths-based lens. In practice, that means we spend time exploring who you are, how you experience your role and environment, and whether your day-to-day actions are genuinely aligned with your values and goals. When they're not, we figure out why, and what to do about it.
Sessions are client-led. You set the agenda. I bring honest, direct engagement — including challenge and reframing when it serves you — and I hold you accountable to the commitments you make to yourself. I don't offer generic advice or tidy frameworks that ignore the complexity of real working life. I bring questions, perspective, and a willingness to go wherever the work needs to go.
What I bring that most coaches don't
I've spent 15+ years leading in technology across startups and companies the size of Amazon, in software, hardware, hospitality, and beyond. I've built products, led teams, navigated organizational complexity, and held P&L and board-level responsibility. When you describe a situation you're navigating, I'm not working from theory. I've been in rooms like that.
I also bring lived experience as a late-identified autistic and ADHD professional with C-PTSD, and years of serious study into neurodivergence that goes well beyond the personal. This shapes how I coach everyone, not just neurodivergent clients. I pay close attention to neurotype, communication style, and environment. I create a space where you don't have to mask, translate yourself, or perform professionalism as it was never designed for you.
My background spans law, business, psychology, and the social sciences. I'm genuinely curious about people: how they think, how they lead, how they change. That curiosity shows up in every session.
